I took a "sick" afternoon. Mostly because crawling under my desk to cry seemed liked a bad idea. And curling up in bed while watching Gilmore Girls seemed like a really good idea. Maybe another episode and I'll feel up to getting the ingredients for Mama Crystal's banana pudding and renting some girl-power comedies.
OMG, that banana pudding looked awesome.
I felt somewhat moody myself so I had some peanut-avocado rolls for dinner (from a Japanese restaurant). It's really good, like PB&J for grownups. (Whether I am grownup or not is debatable, but...) Anyway, I recommend it.
Wow, sorry to hear the news. Look at it as an oppurtunity to explore your options and find an even better place. I gave up on going to CA for photo school because I realized it was too costly. Things worked out fine, they always do even when it seems like there's no way they can.
Awww...Lis, I'm sorry. Call me if you want to get together. I was really hoping you'd get in here but remember we talked about how picky they are .. they're stupid anyway. Who wants to be a stupid professor anyway? We'll just have to go visit you in Wisconsin!

I'm so sorry to hear that. It definitely calls for a banana pudding day. As much as we'll miss you in Austin, Madison is suppose to be a great place too.
