I actually prefer the elliptical, like you're going to do tonight. The first time I tried I got all gung ho on it and went as fast and as hard as I could. I think I lasted like 3 minutes.
After I learned how to pace myself, though, I could go an hour easily. That, though, was pre-husband, so sigh...

I love running. When I'm doing it regularly. But trying to build back up is hard. :-(
