When You Are A Celebrity
So what do you do when you have flu-like symptoms?
Me, I usually hunker down for a day off work with some DVDs and a fluffy pillow. I might drag myself out to the grocery store to stock up on OJ, soup, and crackers. If I'm bleeding out the eyes, I'll call my doctor and get an appointment a year from November.
But I'm not Brad Pitt.

To be fair though, he got it while in Africa, and there's malaria and stuff over there...
Nope. Still not giving it to him. Mostly because I've had malaria. And when I had it---granted I was still in Africa at the time and therefore the hospital was the last place I wanted to go!---I had a blood test, was given some drugs, and went home to take care of myself.
I also doubt malaria because I'd be very surprised if he wasn't on the very best antimalarial meds that money can buy. And the good stuff is nearly 100% effective.
